12.17.06: I Filed a Motion to set aside the closure of the original civil suit filed regarding the drunk driver and against the bad cops, Harper and Reed and the Westampton Township. Here is a copy:

The Township lawyer, who I show also had "unclean hands," replied to the Court and of course opposed and asked that the matter not be reopened. Here is my final answer, and now we wait:

Not suprisingly, the Federal court felt that engaging in criminal conduct to defeat legitimate civil action is completely ok. So now this will give me the chance to present this to the US Supreme Court.

10/5/06: The Court of Appeals has gotten into line and refused to obey the law. Is it incompetence, or does this corruption simply rise this high? They parroted the US District Court Judge and rely on two cases that have no relevevance to my situation, and are contrary to the actual law dealing with filing Habeas Corpus. In short, they agreed with the US District Court Judge in stating that I should have filed the Petition in 2000 during the "probationary period." This even though the LAW and ALL related case law states that ALL legal remedies have to completely EXHAUSTED before any Petition can be filed. There is nothing about filing during a probationary period that has no constitutional impact!
As I did with the US District Court Judge Kugler, I have given them a chance to fix thier error, but it is unlikely they will do what is right, considering what wrong they have done. Here are the relevant documents. Again, if they can be so brazen as to do that which they are legally NOT allowed to do, be afraid, be very afraid...anyone can be next:

Perhaps all along this was destined to go to the highest Court, the US Supreme Court, since that is where I now will be filing. Sad when you think about it, al the talk about integrity, corruption, Homeland Security and the like, and yet someone who is incorruptable, has overflowing integrity, and did more during and after being a police Sergeant, is drowned within a legal system throughly infected with brazen malfeasance. And remember, the one tool Americans had (well, have, but only on paper) is my second battle, the right of private citizens to go before a Federal Grand Jury and present evidence, like that contained in this site, for criminal charges.

5.22.06: A promise broken:
Meeting with US Attorney Chris Christie and personal service of this site!
My partner-in-crime (Jackie) and I went to a NJFOG.com affair where US Attorney Chris Christie was invited to speak. After about 20 minutes he accepted several questions, one of which was from me. I asked if his office would be willing to take down a corrupt Prosecutors Office and he of course went on to answer in the affirmative. Before he could move on I interjected and advised him that I would be handing him a flyer with my website on it that would GIVE him the Burlington County Prosecutors Office. When he was done I did just that, and personally handed it to him and he looked me in the eye and said "Burlington County, right?" And I said "Yes, sir."

March 2005: I have filed a new complaint with the Office of Attorney Ethics (see site under What You Can Do page). I have kept it very simple and have charged just the two irrefutable allegations wherein Executive Assistant Prosecutor defied the court order to dismiss all the criminal complaints and the temporary restraining order that he obstructed from being enforced against Kozub. Both are absolute criminal violations, so this will be yet another test for the Office of Attorney Ethics with Mr. Paff observing.

Not suprisingly I finally recieved a reply from the OAE worded nicely, but in effect shelving doing anything on the complaint, citing a Rule that when other actions are pending, they should wait. However, exceptions exist and clearly applied to this complaint, negating "shelving." I submitted the reasons why no stalling should be accepted per the very statue they rely on. That was in October 2006. No answer - of course. I let John Paff know in case he wanted to use this as a clear example of how conveniently the system fails depending on who is the target! Unfortunaltely, he has not done anything either:

September 16, 2007: Both Offices have refused to take action. File your demands that these two new offices prove their worth, remember, the Public Advocates Office was given a 19 million dollar operating budget, by Corzine who keeps crying poor! These Offices are just more costly paper tigers! Call them! Call Corzine! Ask why no action! Demand Action!
